SWISSTIMBER was initiated by holz 21 - a timber promotion programme of the Swiss Agency
for the Environment, Forests and Landscape (SAEFL). SWISSTIMBER seeks to provide information
about exporting timber and timber products from Switzerland and is, therefore, a platform open
to all enterprises from the entire wood processing industry. These enterprises are able to provide
you with a wide range of products - from round-wood to sawn timber and wood-based materials, from
timber construction to interior design and joinery products.
SWISSTIMBER's internet platform is directed to prospective customers of timber products
"Made in Switzerland".
SWISSTIMBER is supported by Swiss forest and timber associations. The internet platform is
maintained by VSSM (joiners' and furniture makers' association).
How to subscribe
We are happy to list a link to your website, provided that:
- you are a member of the supporting associations
- you pay an annual fee of CHF 50.- (incl. VAT)
- you are an exporter/you are willing to export (self declaration)
- you have an email address
